Our Story

The Beginning

It all began back in 2011 at Gosford High when we were introduced through a mutual friend. We started chatting when our respective crushes at the time didn't care for our feelings and got together (how rude, also thank you).

We hit it off from the start, or at least Paris thought so until Andrew wrote Paris a 3 page letter about why he couldn’t date her.

Fast forward 9 months to Andrew's 18th birthday where Andrew eventually asked Paris to be his girlfriend.

Growing Together

We’ve experienced the beauty of the world together in so many amazing ways.

From our travels to Asia in 2017 and the UK in 2022, with multiple cruises in between. We've hiked national parks and skied mountains, rode mountain bikes and camped under the stars. Our best memories are the incredible adventures we’ve shared together.

We moved in together to our house in Wyong in 2018, and have only grown to love each other more since.

The Proposal

After more than a decade together, "When is he going to propose?" became a running joke among friends and family. Since Paris helped design the engagement ring, she was convinced there was no way the proposal could surprise her.

But on Christmas morning of 2023, after a traditional breakfast of pancakes and Boney M playing in the background, Paris unwrapped a gift instructing her to search for a “special egg” laid by one of the chickens.

Inside the egg was a ring and the proposal, right there in the chicken coop, was the perfect reflection of our relationship.
